Good enough sexual health and pleasure is a natural component of a human's expectation of their lives independent of their age or ability. This presentation will provide an overview of genital dermatosis, common STIs and sexual dysfunction of mature patients including clinical assessment and management of common conditions. Optimising trangender health of mature patients will also be discussed.
